Tyreke Evans not playing for Grizzlies on Wednesday, expected to be held out until traded
Memphis Grizzlies guard Tyreke Evans will not play against the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday.
According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Grizzlies want to trade Evans and plan on sitting him until they complete a deal. With Mario Chalmers (knee) and Mike Conley (Achilles) also out tonight versus the Pacers, Andrew Harrison may draw the start at point guard.
Evans is averaging 34.8 FanDuel points in 46 games (26 starts) this season. Without accounting for any changes that would come with a trade, numberFire's models project him to record 19.5 points, 4.6 rebounds, 5.5 assists, 1.1 steals, and 2.3 3-pointers per game.
