Jason Witten is easily the most boring piece to this list. But boring can win fantasy championships, too.

It's pretty easy to make the case for Witten, to be honest. At an inherently volatile position like tight end, he gives you consistency -- he's caught 64 or more passes in every season since his rookie year in 2003. The lowest a tight end has finished in PPR leagues with at least 60 catches over the last five years came last season -- Heath Miller finished as the 16th-ranked tight end. Meanwhile, Witten ended each of those seasons as a top-10 player at his position.

A big key with Witten, too, is that he's getting Tony Romo back this year. Over the last three seasons -- we won't go back to when Witten was a full-blown stud -- Witten has scored 0.44 touchdowns per game with Romo under center. Without him, that drops to 0.07.

Being selected as the 15th tight end in PPR drafts, Witten's a great draft-day bargain for teams wanting some stability at the tight end position.
