Jared Cook, TE, Green Bay Packers

The Green Bay Packers have proven that their tight ends don't need to be especially talented receivers to have fantasy relevance. Last year, Richard Rodgers finished 9th in standard-scoring leagues and 11th in PPR formats.

The Packers are one of the top passing offenses in the league, having finished first in Passing NEP in two of the last five seasons. They are led by one of the best quarterbacks in the league in Aaron Rodgers, and Green Bay is getting back its top receiver in Jordy Nelson. The unit is primed to score a lot of points.

Even with a pretty ugly array of quarterbacks throwing to him, Cook has been a solid red zone receiver with a 28.3% red zone touchdown rate over the last five years (compared to the league average of 23.8%).

Cook also draws a great matchup this week against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Our metrics had the Jags ranked 27th against the pass in 2015, and Jacksonville gave up the 6th-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends last year.
