8 Fantasy Football Sleepers for Week 2
Dwayne Allen, TE, Indianapolis Colts
Dwayne Allen put together a solid Week 1 performance, with 5 receptions, 53 yards, and 1 touchdown on 7 targets in a win over the Lions, while his 1.04 Reception NEP per target also ranked fourth among the 16 tight ends to see at least 5 targets last week.
The Indianapolis Colts don't have nearly as good a matchup this week, with an implied total of only 20 against a strong Denver Broncos defense, but even in Denver's impressive 2015 season, they gave up above-average fantasy production to opposing tight ends.
Allen has shown tremendous fantasy upside in the past, ranking second in fantasy points per target among the 32 tight ends to see 40-plus targets in 2014, and as the top tight end for the Colts this year, he should continue to post solid numbers.
