Week 3 Fantasy Football Defensive Streaming: Attacking the Browns
Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers' defense hasn't been all that impressive through two weeks, allowing 64 points and generating no turnovers. But a home game against Case Keenum and the Los Angeles Rams is a juicy matchup for the Bucs.
Through their first two games, the Rams have scored only 9 points with Keenum largely ineffective and Todd Gurley struggling to find any running room.
The Rams upset the Seahawks last week but did concede three sacks. In their forgettable Week 1 opener, the Rams were shut out, and Keenum threw two picks while taking two sacks.
Meanwhile, the Buccaneers have been effective at stopping the run through two games. According to our metrics, the Bucs' run defense ranks sixth, but they're susceptible through the air, ranking 29th. Thankfully, it's hard to see Keenum taking advantage of that.
According to our Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per drop back metric, which measures a player's efficiency based on historical expectation, Keenum (-0.21) ranks 32nd out of the 34 quarterbacks to make a start this year. Only Jay Cutler (-0.22) and Robert Griffin III (-0.33) have performed worse.
With the Buccaneers' defense suited to stop Gurley on the ground, don't expect Keenum to light it up in a game featuring one of the week's lowest over/unders at 42 and the Bucs listed as a 4.5-point favorite.
