Olsen didn't really starting heating up until Derek Anderson came in relief of Cam Newton (concussion). Anderson targeted Olsen relentlessly (32% of his throws), and overall for the game, Olsen saw a combined 13 targets.
Olsen finished as the overall TE2 in fantasy scoring this week, just behind Jordan Reed and his two-touchdown performance. Olsen has now made this list twice in the first four weeks of the season. At such a volatile position, this probably isn't Olsen's last appearance this season.
