Tom Brady's suspension is finally over, and he is ready to take the field for the first time in 2016. In his first game back, the New England Patriots are favored by 10.5 points and have the highest implied total of any team in Week 4.

His opponent, the Cleveland Browns, have allowed the 11th most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this season. Through the first four games, starting quarterbacks have averaged 37 pass attempts against the Browns. That's actually two less pass attempts per game than Brady averaged last season.

The Browns' defense has already given up 10 touchdown passes this season, and they have allowed multiple touchdown passes in each game. That bodes well for Brady, who led the NFL with 36 touchdown passes last year.
