DraftKings Daily Fantasy Football Helper for Week 8
Wide Receivers
High-Cost Option: Julio Jones ($9,600)
Julio Jones has a dream matchup this week against a Green Bay secondary that has been abysmal defending top receivers. They've allowed some monster games -- Marvin Jones (41.5 points) and Stefon Diggs (36.2) -- and, as previously mentioned, are down two key players in the secondary. That means Julio will be running most of his routes against Ladarius Gunter, a 2015 undrafted free agent. Look for another monster game from Julio at potentially low ownership given his high price tag this week.
Mid-Cost Option: Jordan Matthews ($5,900)
After averaging 11.5 targets in his first two games, Jordan Matthews has been disappointing fantasy owners by averaging just 4.5 targets in his last four outings. He has a chance to rectify things this week with a matchup against the Dallas Cowboys, who have been giving up a ton of fantasy points (and touchdowns) to opposing slot receivers. Orlando Scandrick has been limited in practice so far this week, and if he doesn't suit up, Matthews gets a fantastic matchup against Anthony Brown, Pro Football Focus' 42nd-ranked cornerback. Matthews makes for an interesting GPP play this week considering he's scored a touchdown in every game he's played against Dallas.
Low-Cost Option: Quincy Enunwa ($4,800)
The low-cost options at wide receiver this week look quite volatile, but someone with a bit more stability at the position is Quincy Enunwa. In the six full games he's played with Ryan Fitzpatrick this season, Enunwa has averaged 7.3 targets per game. The Browns have given up the third-most receiving touchdowns and eighth-most receiving yards to opposing wide receivers this year. They rank bottom-10 in fantasy points given up to the position. At just $4,800, Enunwa offers some salary relief while still in a great matchup.
Other Options: Mike Evans ($8,100), T.Y. Hilton ($7,900), Michael Crabtree ($6,700), Emmanuel Sanders ($6,500), Michael Thomas ($5,000), Mohamed Sanu ($4,100), Tyler Lockett ($3,900)
