Colin Kaepernick, QB, San Francisco 49ers

FanDuel Price: $7,200

Everybody knows that picking on the New Orleans Saints defense has been a profitable endeavor this season, unless of course your name is Russell Wilson.

Would it surprise you to find out that the Saints defense is actually much better against quarterbacks on the road than they have been at home? Opposing quarterbacks playing the Saints in New Orleans have averaged 20.13 FanDuel points in 2016. If you remove Wilson's 10.2 point stinker from that equation, quarterbacks have averaged 23.43 FanDuel points per game against the Saints in New Orleans.

The Saints' defense has been much more respectable away from the Superdome this season. Opposing quarterbacks playing on their home field have averaged just 16.47 points per game against New Orleans, and no quarterback has scored 20 FanDuel points (Philip Rivers scored 19.8 in San Diego) against them.

This week the Saints are scheduled to get No. 1 cornerback Delvin Breaux and first-round defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins on the field, which will only help to improve their defense.

Also this -- Colin Kaepernick has been disgustingly awful in his limited play in 2016. So far this season, 41 quarterbacks have attempted at least 45 passes, and Kaepernick's -0.17 Passing NEP per drop back ranks dead last among them. Drew Stanton, Blaine Gabbert, Jacoby Brissett, and even Brock Osweiler have all been more efficient than Kaepernick on a per play basis this season.

Yes, Kaepernick has been good with his legs, but the ceiling simply isn't there when he's struggling this badly as a passer. Don't be lulled to sleep by the New Orleans trap -- stay away from Kaepernick this week.
