Jay Cutler missed six games with a thumb injury this season, and with Brian Hoyer under center, it didn’t appear that he was getting his starting job back any time soon. Well, Hoyer broke his arm and Cutler was finally cleared to play in Week 8. He threw for 8.1 yards per attempt against a tough Minnesota Vikings secondary before heading into a bye this past weekend.

If you’re in need of a streaming quarterback this week, Cutler is a top option. He’ll match up with the Buccaneers, who are allowing the third-most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season -- only two teams have given up more passing touchdowns per game than the Bucs.

With a healthy Alshon Jeffery and the emergence of Cameron Meredith, Cutler should provide a solid floor in Week 10.
