It has taken a while, but Rishard Matthews seems to have emerged as the top wideout for the Tennessee Titans. He has led the team's wideouts in snaps in each of the last two games and has seen 14 targets in that span, turning them into 10 receptions, 101 yards, and 3 touchdowns.

While this week's matchup isn't exactly a walk in the park, the Green Bay Packers rank in the bottom half of the league in our pass defense metrics and have allowed above-average fantasy production to opposing wideouts this season. Our projections have Matthews as the sixth-best value on FanDuel among wide receivers.
