10 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Targets Heading Into Week 12
DeVante Parker, WR, Miami Dolphins
ESPN: 48%

DeVante Parker's been a frustrating player to own this season; so frustrating in fact that he's currently available in less than half of ESPN leagues. But there's a real chance that he could be in a prime position to deliver for your fantasy squads right as the playoffs kick off.
Parker was a really efficient receiver in his rookie season, putting up a 0.98 Reception NEP per target, which ranked fourth out of the 86 receivers with at least 50 targets on the season. But while Parker's been underwhelming this season, he's been dealing with a nagging hamstring injury he suffered in the preseason.
But in Week 10, Parker found his way again, putting up his first 100-plus-yard outing since Week 2. He followed that stellar outing up with an 8-catch, 79-yard effort in Week 11 that culminated in him catching the game winning touchdown with around 30 seconds left on the clock in the fourth quarter.
With Jay Ajayi becoming the team's premier offensive weapon, defenses are going to have to adjust to the fact that Jarvis Landry will be less frequently used as an extension of the running game, with short, often inefficient passes. And with teams having to respect the run, Ryan Tannehill may be able to start directing more of his focus to the far more athletic Parker.
Prior to the season, I thought Parker had elite fantasy football upside for 2016. It certainly hasn't turned out that way yet, but don't shut the door on that possibility for the rest of the season.
