Matt Forte, who has dealt with plenty of knee injuries already in his career, left Sunday's game with a knee injury. Concerning. Then, after the game, he reportedly said that there was "cracking and popping" in his knee. More concerning.

In his stead, Bilal Powell handled 34 touches, which he turned into 179 scrimmage yards and two scores. If not for Le'Veon Bell's ridiculous day, Powell would have easily led the league in fantasy points in Week 14.

Now, it's worth noting that this performance came against the San Francisco 49ers. However, Powell ranked second in the league in Net Expected Points (NEP) per rush attempt (0.29) among qualified backs heading into last week's matchup and nearly matched that against the 49ers (0.28), so it's certainly exciting to think what he could do with an expanded role.
