15. Steve Young, San Francisco 49ers (1994)

Two years after his first top-20 season, the 49ers legend improved across the board. He threw for 3,969 yards, 35 touchdowns and a quarterback rating of 112.8.

Young was picked off on only 10 occasions, meanwhile tallying 8.24 ANY/A -- the best in the NFL. His team also proved they were best in the league, notching 13 regular season victories and a Super Bowl ring.
