At a more advanced age, Favre took advantage of his experience to the tune of 4,155 yards, 28 touchdowns and a 66.5% completion rate. In doing so, he earned his best quarterback rating (95.7) since 1996 and made the last of his eight Pro Bowl appearances in a Packers uniform.

After a 13-3 regular season, Green Bay eventually lost to the New York Giants by a field goal in the NFC Championship game.
