Gerald Everett, TE, Los Angeles Rams

As we just mentioned, rookie tight ends have a pretty low ceiling, but I gotta pick someone on the Los Angeles Rams.

There's a lot of opportunity up for grabs on the Rams, with the departures of Kenny Britt, Lance Kendricks and Brian Quick opening up 275 targets. Tavon Austin (106 targets) is the only non-running back returning who saw more than 30 looks last season.

So even in a bad offense, the Rams have a couple potential breakout players, but let's focus on tight end Gerald Everett.

The Rams peppered Kendricks, their starting tight end a year ago, with 87 targets, and new coach Sean McVay wants to utilize his tight ends.

Everett roasted the combine, and his college market share numbers are pretty fly, too (image courtesy of PlayerProfiler.com).

Look, let's not kid ourselves: as a rookie tight end in what could be a putrid offense, Everett doesn't have a ton of upside. He's a better dynasty league asset right now, but as a high-end athlete who could walk into significant targets, he's a name we need to monitor.
