Fantasy Football: 5 Teams With Major Offensive-Line Concerns Entering 2017
New Orleans Saints
Torn labrums are a plague, y'all. That's what bit the aforementioned Alex Lewis and Taylor Decker. New Orleans Saints left tackle Terron Armstead was simply another victim.

That was back in June, meaning Armstead is on a similar timeline to that of Decker.
Armstead missed nine games last year due to various injuries, so it's not a new obstacle for them to have to overcome. On top of that, they drafted Ryan Ramczyk 32nd overall, and he has been working at left tackle in Armstead's absence. But Armstead isn't the only injury they're currently dealing with.
Center Max Unger started the year on the physically unable to perform list and was just cleared to practice on Friday. This means he should be ready for the start of the season, but adding this concern to that of starting a rookie at left tackle can make you a wee bit anxious.
These predicaments are especially pressing when you consider that the Saints currently have two running backs in the top six rounds of PPR drafts. Mark Ingram and Adrian Peterson are going within picks of each other at the front end of that round, and it would be hard for both to make good on that investment even if the offensive line were at full health. Somebody's bubble finna burst.
Ingram would seem to be the safer selection of the two due to his involvement in the passing game. Even in a reduced rule, Ingram had 58 targets last year, more than Peterson has had in any season his entire career. On top of that, Ingram is almost five years younger and was productive in the carries he did get last year. That's not something operating in Peterson's favor.
The passing game takes less of a blow due to the fact that Drew Brees is Drew Brees, but it's still something to consider. Although the Saints have pieces in place to make up for any losses, there are enough question marks to justify some serious hesitation.
