Fantasy Football: The Downside for Each Top-20 Pick

It's easy to pinpoint Le'Veon Bell's holdout as the biggest danger for fantasy owners this year, and I do think that's the number-one issue surrounding him as we move into the regular season. But rather than talking about the obvious, let's dig into his overall role in the passing game.

Bell is going to eat as a receiver, as he usually does. If you're expecting numbers like last year, though, then you're probably being too optimistic. The dude was pacing towards a target market share north of 21%, which is unheard of at the running back position. With Martavis Bryant (hopefully) back in the lineup, targets will be dispersed a bit throughout the pass-catching group, and Bell's numbers will more than likely hover closer to the 15% range, where it's been in previous seasons. That could be the difference of 20 or more targets.
