In 2016, T.Y. Hilton led the league with 1,448 receiving yards, which naturally led to his share of lofty DFS performances.

The trouble is that Andrew Luck has been ruled out for Week 1, causing the Indianapolis Colts' implied team total to plummet by nearly a touchdown (18.75) in their matchup with the Los Angeles Rams. That's not exactly a ringing endorsement for this Colts offense.

Historically, Hilton is a completely different player without Luck under center. In 10 career games without him, his receiving yards per game drop from 77.2 to 60.9, and his targets per game fall from 8.5 to 7.0. Quarterback Scott Tolzien doesn't exactly do anything to ease those fears, either -- in his one start for the Colts last year, he only threw for 205 yards with 1 touchdown and 2 interceptions against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Hilton should still lead the team in targets on Sunday, but as a receiver priced on the higher end -- particularly on FanDuel -- that volume isn't enough to offset what could ultimately be a forgettable game for the Colts.
