Wide Receiver: Stefon Diggs, Minnesota Vikings

Performance: 100, NEP: +16.99
If Case Keenum is balling out as the top-ranked quarterback of the week, there is a good chance one of his receivers helped him get there. And on Sunday, Stefon Diggs was unstoppable against a banged up Buccaneers defense, catching 8 passes for 173 yards and 2 touchdowns.
He did damage before the catch with his outstanding route running, and after the catch, evading three defenders on his 59-yard touchdown reception. He seemingly got open with ease, much like his dominant effort in Week 1, and Tampa Bay had no answer for the young receiver. Heck, they had no answer for the entire Minnesota offense.
The issue for Diggs in fantasyland will be consistency, with his quarterback situation potentially diminishing his ability to produce according to his ability. It's likely that, following his two-catch Week 2 performance, many had Diggs on their bench this past Sunday due to a lack of faith in Keenum. There is no doubting what Diggs is capable of with quality play at the quarterback position, and Sam Bradford's knee could very well alter what would otherwise be an optimistic outlook.
