The struggling Cincinnati Bengals offense seemed to finally click in Week 3, dropping 24 points on the Green Bay Packers. They draw an even better matchup this week against the Cleveland Browns.

Andy Dalton had by far his best game of the season in Week 3, going 21-for-27 for 212 yards and 2 touchdowns, and he generated 7.9 Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) on 30 drop backs. For context, only four passers with at least 10 drop backs on the year have a higher Passing NEP per drop back than that on the season.

He has a good shot to keep it rolling against a Browns defense that ranks 25th in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play and allows the 7th-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks.
