8 Fantasy Football Sleepers for Week 4
D'Onta Foreman, RB, Houston Texans
D'Onta Foreman has seen a significantly increased workload in the past two weeks.
Week | Carries | Targets | Snap % |
---|---|---|---|
1 | 1 | 0 | 3 |
2 | 12 | 0 | 26 |
3 | 8 | 3 | 24 |
He has accounted for 30% of the Houston Texans' carries over those past two games. His increase in role has come with a drop off in Lamar Miller's role, who has seen his snap share drop each week (81%, 74%, 71%), while his share of the team's carries has also been falling off steadily (77%, 51%, 40%).
Foreman has been dominating the backfield's red zone work, too -- his 75% market share of the team's red zone carries is a top-10 mark in the NFL.
An increasing workload combined with this big share of touches in scoring range gives Foreman some value already, as well as a great ceiling moving forward with the potential to continue eating away at Miller's workload.
