Top-end options such as Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson, and Ben Roethlisberger all find themselves in great spots and should be popular. In the mid-range, Dak Prescott seems plenty underpriced considering what a terrific spot he is in against the Green Bay Packers and could be chalky.

Pivots:

Carson Palmer, $7,200 (at Philadelphia Eagles): It appears we are going to have another week of fairly spread out ownership at the quarterback position, which makes it tough to find true pivots. The top-three options are all in great spots, leaving Cam Newton as the only real pivot off some of the high-priced dudes. Instead, we're going to focus on two cheaper guys who should go overlooked.

Carson Palmer has disappointed in some good spots this season and is rarely a popular play. While most people know by now that the Philadelphia Eagles have a suspect secondary, few will look to pick on it with Palmer and an Arizona Cardinals team that has just a 19.25-point implied team total.

With David Johnson out for Arizona, they have switched to a more pass-centric offense that has resulted in a sneaky 45.8 pass attempts and 321 yards per game for Palmer. He also is finally getting his wide receivers healthy and the Cards have switched to Andre Ellington as their primary running back, who is a much-improved pass-catching option over Chris Johnson and Kerwynn Williams.

As Eli Manning and the New York Giants proved when they put up 366 yards and 3 touchdowns against this defense in Week 3, the way to best exploit Philly's weak secondary is with quick-hitting throws in an attempt to negate their pass rush. Expect much of the same from Palmer this week. With at least 48 pass attempts in three of his four games, Palmer is a good bet to lead the league in passing volume this week, which is all you can ask for from a quarterback with such a low price tag and ownership.

Eli Manning, $7,000 (vs. Los Angeles Chargers): Eli Manning profiles very similarly to Palmer in that his offensive coordinator has all but abandoned the run at this point. Manning has averaged 48 pass attempts over the past two games, which has yielded a 26.2-FanDuel-point average that is plenty usable at a price tag of $7,000.

He'll have a tougher matchup this week against a Los Angeles Chargers defense, whose strong pass defense funnels opposing offenses to the run. However, with rookie Wayne Gallman as their lead back, it wouldn't be surprising to see New York again try to air it out in Week 5. Like Palmer, Manning's price tag and projected passing volume puts him in play as a low-owned tournament option.
