Fantasy Football Quarterback Streaming Week 8: Case Keenum Is Here for Us

Sam Bradford didn't get in a practice last week, and until that changes, it's going to be Case Keenum under center for the Minnesota Vikings. Keenum has been a caretaker, for the most part, this season, but he did blow up in a dream spot in Week 2, roasting a sorry Tampa Bay Buccaneers secondary for 30.56 fantasy points.

We can't expect that type of performance this week (or maybe ever again), but Keenum has a juicy London matchup with the Cleveland Browns. Cleveland ranks 30th against the pass, per our schedule-adjusted metrics, and they have given up the ninth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks -- and that's with Marcus Mariota's 8.92-point dud last week.

The Browns have surrendered some big weeks to lesser quarterbacks, allowing Jacoby Brissett to rack up 27.76 points in Week 5 and Joe Flacco to go off for 15.58 fantasy points. Is 15.58 points really considered "going off?" Well, for 2017 Joe Flacco, yes, it is.

Our models are on the Keenum train this week, ranking him as the QB14 and forecasting him for 17.66, making him our top streaming for Week 8. He'd get even more of a lift if Stefon Diggs could make his return this week after missing the past two contests.
