Joe Mixon, RB, Cincinnati Bengals

Since Bill Lazor took over offensive coordinator duties for the Cincinnati Bengals (Week 3), Joe Mixon has seen a significant chunk of volume in the ground game, notching at least 15 carries in three of his four games and accounting for 64% of the team's running back carries in that span.

Mixon hasn't been especially efficient, although his per-play metrics -- according to our numbers -- are tops in the Cincinnati backfield. Volume is what is really attractive for fantasy running backs, though, and in addition to seeing the bulk of the team's carries, he has led the backfield in snaps in three of the last four games.

The Bengals will likely run the ball a bunch this week as they're expected to be playing with a lead as 10.5-point favorites versus an Indianapolis Colts team that ranks 26th against the run, per our metrics. Mixon is in a great spot for both volume and efficiency.
