3 Fantasy Football Tight End Streaming Options for Week 10
Julius Thomas, Miami Dolphins
Yahoo Ownership: 15%
Julius Thomas nearly doubled his season-high in targets with 8 in Week 9, which he turned into 6 catches for 84 yards and a score. That was the first touchdown of the season for Thomas, who was expected to be a red zone weapon for the Miami Dolphins this season. While his numbers on the season are not what many expected, the fact that he flashed some upside last week is encouraging for Thomas going forward.
He will look to build on last week's performance in a Week 10 date with a Carolina Panthers defense that has allowed the seventh-most fantasy points per target to opposing tight ends this season after allowing the second-most fantasy points per game to the position last year. The Dolphins have the lowest implied team total of any team this week, so Thomas is clearly a risky option. However, with 6 of the top-12 tight ends in terms of Yahoo ownership either hurt or on bye this week, it is pretty slim pickings at the position.
