8 Fantasy Football Sleepers for Week 10
Chris Godwin, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
With Evans sidelined, Chris Godwin will likely see his role in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' offense increase in a big way.
Evans has accounted for 24% of the team's targets and 30% of their air yards while playing 89% of the offensive snaps, so his absence leaves a ton of volume to go around. Even with Ryan Fitzpatrick at the helm, that volume creates a ton of fantasy appeal against a New York Jets team that ranks 21st against the pass.
Godwin is a high-risk play, having yet to see more than three targets in a game during his rookie season, but he is a plus athlete that is available in most leagues and stands to inherit a significant role in a good matchup. That gives him plenty of ceiling as a stop-gap option.
