Blake Bortles attempted a whopping 46 passes during regulation in Week 10, with another 5 attempts in overtime as the Jacksonville Jaguars picked up their third straight win. With 256 passing yards in regulation during that game, he has now averaged a very respectable 271.5 passing yards over his past four games, with a total of 4 touchdown passes and 3 interceptions over that time.

We certainly can't expect Bortles to attempt 40-plus passes again in Week 11, but with him, fewer passes also means fewer opportunities for interceptions. And a Week 11 matchup with the Cleveland Browns, who have given up multiple passing touchdowns in seven of nine games this season, will make Bortles one of the top streaming options of the week.

He will remain atop the streaming radar in Weeks 12 and 13, as well, with matchups against the Arizona Cardinals and Colts, both of whom rank among the 10-most favorable defenses to opposing quarterbacks in terms of fantasy points allowed.
