5 NFL Stats to Know Through Week 10
Week 10 of the NFL season didn't lack action, that's for sure. The week on the gridiron kicked off with the Seattle Seahawks picking up a costly win over the Arizona Cardinals, as they lost cornerback Richard Sherman for the season.
Cleveland Browns secured their first double-digit lead of the season by going up 10-0 early over the Detroit Lions, but were ultimately not able to pick up their first win of 2017. Later in the day, however, the San Francisco 49ers did just that by beating the New York Giants.
And finally, the Carolina Panthers wrapped things up with a 45-21 win over the Miami Dolphins on Monday night to become one of three teams in Week 10 to score more than 40 points. Quarterback Cam Newton led the charge in that one with four passing touchdowns, making him the highest-scoring player in fantasy football for the week.
Before we move on to Week 11, here are five stats to know -- some of which are traditional, some of which are our advanced statistics -- through the first 10 weeks of the NFL's regular season.
