8 Fantasy Football Sleepers for Week 11
Corey Davis, WR, Tennessee Titans
Corey Davis has seen significant playing time since returning from his hamstring injury, playing 75% and 87% of the Tennessee Titans' offensive snaps in his two games. His other healthy game (in Week 1) saw him play 66% of snaps.
His workload in those three games has been incredibly encouraging -- he's seen double-digit targets twice and is averaging 8.3 per game. He also accounted for 22% of the Titans' targets and 27% of their air yards in those games. That 22% (which ignores a limited Week 2, when Davis played only 23 snaps before getting injured) is higher than any other Titans wideout this season.
This week's matchup isn't a particularly good one, as the Pittsburgh Steelers have been solid against the pass, but Davis' volume means he's more than capable of overcoming a tough matchup -- something that is especially true in PPR leagues.
His big workload also gives him some appeal as someone you can hold onto and feel good about starting in future weeks -- especially with favorable matchups against the Indianapolis Colts, Arizona Cardinals, Houston Texans and San Francisco 49ers (all of whom are allowing above-average fantasy production to wideouts) making up four of his last five games of the fantasy season.
