Let's get this out of the way right quick -- Joe Flacco has been a bad fantasy quarterback this season. Through 10 starts, he has as many negative fantasy point totals (one) as he does weeks with more than 15 points.
For just this week, though, a home matchup with the skidding Texans defense makes him an acceptable play in deep formats or two-quarterback leagues.
Houston has allowed the most fantasy points to opposing passers, and they just made Blaine Gabbert look like a real quarterback as he tossed 3 touchdowns on his way 19.58 fantasy points last week at Houston.
Baltimore has a decent 22.5-point implied total and is a commanding 7.0-point favorite. That bodes well for Flacco, who has historically performed much better in wins.

Once you get over the not-so-fun idea of starting Joe Flacco, he sure does check a lot of boxes this week. With pass-game maven Danny Woodhead back in the fold and a cushy home matchup against a depleted Houston defense, Flacco could put up solid numbers in Week 12.
