Week 12 Fantasy Football Defensive Streaming: Backing the Bengals

If both the Bengals and Chargers are taken in your leagues, the Atlanta Falcons are an intriguing streamer as they've been riding a hot streak. Over the past four weeks, the Falcons have been a top-12 fantasy defense in three games, and they've totaled 15 sacks and 8 turnovers over that span. The sack total is inflated by the Falcons eight sacks against Dallas, but they've still posted multiple sacks in three out of four.

On the other side, Ryan Fitzpatrick is once again expected to start for the Bucs. Fitzpatrick has played fairly well in his two starts, leading the Bucs to two wins while throwing three touchdowns and only one interception. But the Bucs' opponents -- the Miami Dolphins and New York Jets --have been anything but imposing.

The Falcons are 8.5-point favorites in this matchup, which is the fifth-largest spread on the week. Facing off against a surging Falcons pass rush, this may be the week that FItzpatrick falters, putting Atlanta in play as a streaming option.
