3 Bold NFL Predictions for Week 12
Devontae Booker Will Be a Top-10 Running Back
Why This Is Bold: Devontae Booker has been the change-of-pace back since returning from his early-season injury, and the Denver Broncos have been abysmal in recent weeks.
Why This Will Happen: Booker's playing time has been increasing recently. He's been utilized as the primary pass-catching back, a role that has significant value on a team that has begun to flounder.
Devontae Booker had season-highs in snaps (48), routes (28), touches (19) and yards from scrimmage (98) yesterday. Tide may have officially turned for him as they look towards next year. CJA is a clean zero dead $$ cut this offseason.

C.J. Anderson hasn't been particularly effective in recent weeks, and Booker notably out-touched him for the first time all season last week. Their opponent this week, the Oakland Raiders, have struggled to contain opposing running backs. While it's still a running back by committee in Denver, Booker has a strong chance to find pay dirt as a flex option this week.
