Fantasy Football: 3 Players You Can Drop After Week 13
Devante Parker, WR, Miami Dolphins

I gotta admit, I was a DeVante Parker believer headed into the season, and the addition of Jay Cutler as the Miami Dolphins quarterback sealed the deal for me. Given his previous history of helping make both Alshon Jeffery and Brandon Marshall top fantasy options, despite his major limitations as a real-life quarterback.
When Cutler called him a "faster Alshon" during the preseason, Parker's stock was on the rise. And for fantasy purposes, he quietly compiled consistently serviceable numbers when on the field in the first nine weeks, putting up at least 12.5 PPR points in five of his first six games of action (he missed three games due to a bum ankle).
But in the last three weeks, the rails have come off from Parker's attempted third-year ascent. His last two games have featured identical stat lines of 1 catch for 5 yards receiving. Ugh. His Week 11 game against the absolutely putrid Tampa Bay Buccaneers passing defense resulted in a 4-catch, 26-yard stat line.
And looking deeper, his overall numbers have also been gross. His 0.53 Reception Net Expected Points (NEP) per target ranks 39th out of 46 receivers with at least 60 targets. He's being far outpaced by teammate Kenny Stills' 0.88 Reception NEP per target, despite the two having catch rates -- 59.02% for Parker and 58.54% for Stills -- that barely differ.
At this point in the season, Parker isn't getting the job done. With Stills receiving 27 targets in the past three games compared to Parker's 16, Parker's become untrustable. If Josh Doctson or Dede Westbrook are available in your league, grab them for players with more secure roles and higher upside to boot.
