It hasn't been at Zay Jones levels, but Dede Westbrook hasn't done a particularly good job turning his volume into fantasy production yet. He has only played three NFL games so far, though, and in a sample size like that, you shouldn't be paying nearly as much attention to highly volatile efficiency as you are to volume -- a far more consistent factor.

Volume is something Westbrook has had no shortage of, seeing 6 targets while only playing 45% of the Jacksonville Jaguars offensive snaps in Week 11 before seeing 10 targets in Week 12 and 9 in Week 13 while playing 70% and 82% of the team's snaps, respectively. He has accounted for a team-high 25% market share of the Jags' targets and 34% of their air yards since making his debut, and that target share jumps to 28% if we just look at the past two weeks when his snaps increased.

He does draw a tough matchup this week against a Seattle Seahawks defense that ranks top-10 against the pass, but the potential for double-digit targets at this price point is enough to look past that.
