Fantasy Football: 4 Things We Learned From Week 14
Jamaal Williams Is Still the King in Green Bay
There was reason to worry about Jamaal Williams' fantasy value coming into Week 14. Though he dominated the opportunity share in Week 13 -- he out-touched teammate Aaron Jones 23 to 1 -- the Packers listed Jones ahead of Williams on their unofficial Week 14 depth chart.
It seems silly to worry about unofficial depth charts, but we'd seen Jones lead that backfield before. It felt like a legitimate concern at the time, but Williams did everything he could to dispel those worries on Sunday, though.
Jones' workload did increase -- all the way up to 4 touches for negative yardage -- while Williams rushed 15 times and added a whopping 7 receptions. His two touchdowns were a nice icing on the cake for fantasy football owners.
Williams has taken hold of the Green Bay backfield while putting up dominant performances in fantasy football.
