After losing some work to Devontae Booker a few weeks ago, C.J. Anderson looks to be re-claiming the Denver Broncos' lead-back role. His snap share dropped as low as 32% in Week 12, but it climbed up to 56% in Week 13 and 59% in Week 14.

He has also seen a ton of volume while on the field, tallying 15 carries with 7 targets in Week 13 and 22 carries with 2 targets last week.

Anderson draws a strong matchup this week against the Indianapolis Colts, who, according to our metrics, sit 20th against the run and last against the pass. It's not often you find a back at this price-point who is as likely as Anderson to see in the neighborhood of 15 to 20 touches, regardless of matchup.

Volume is the most important thing for a running back in fantasy, and Anderson is a budget-friendly way to get plenty of that. And as a plus, the matchup is really nice.
