Fantasy Football: How Did the 2017 Rookie Class Fare?
Evan Engram, TE, New York Giants
Fantasy points: 109.6
ADP: 18.23
Evan Engram put together one of the best rookie seasons for a tight end in recent history. He finished the year as the overall TE5 thanks to massive volume. Aided by the injury to Odell Beckham, Ebgram finished 2017 as the second-most targeted tight end, garnering 115 looks (trailing only Travis Kelce's 122).
The 2017 class was supposed to be loaded at tight end with Engram, David Njoku and O.J. Howard, but of those three, Engram was the only one who lived up to the billing right away. He finished the season with 64 receptions, 722 receiving yards and 6 receiving touchdowns.
