The New Orleans Saints are on the road against the New York Giants in Week 4. They are currently 3.5-point favorites and have an implied team total of 26.75 points in a game with a nice 50-point total. Being on the road, even when their team is a favorite, is normally something that should cause apprehension when selecting your quarterback, however, Drew Brees is absolutely locked in right now.

Brees is averaging an astounding 31.9 DraftKings points per game through the first three weeks of the 2018 season. He is averaging 366 yards passing per game and has 8 touchdowns on the season to boot. Our models project him to score 26.6 DK points in Week 4. Yes, please!

What I really like about starting my lineup with Brees is that his floor and ceiling combination can't really be matched by anybody else on the main slate. He's had two weeks where he put you squarely on the map to win your cash games and give you a chance at winning a GPP, scoring 34.6 points in Week 1 and 43.5 points in Week 3. His Week 2 performance resulted in just 17.6 points.

While there are other exceptional options on the slate and reasons to pivot to other quarterbacks, including Eli Manning in the same game, I am not going to get cute with the most important position in Daily Fantasy Football.
