NFC West

Arizona Cardinals - Will DJ Be Let Loose?

Quarterback: Josh Rosen (100%)

Running Backs: David Johnson (73%), Chase Edmonds (33%)

Wide Receivers: Larry Fitzgerald (97%), Christian Kirk (79%), Chad Williams (68%), J.J. Nelson (26%)

Tight End: Jermaine Gresham (59%), Ricky Seals-Jones (44%), Gabe Holmes (20%)

It's hard to call a 45-10 loss anything other than embarrassing. The Arizona Cardinals were so upset that they fired offensive coordinator Mike McCoy, which isn't surprising given that the Cardinals have scored just 92 points this year, second-worst in the league. Byron Leftwich, the Marshall quarterback star and former Jaguars' 2003 first round pick, will take over as the OC. While we can't know exactly how he'll run the offense, it will certainly be hard for him to do worse than McCoy. One thing he could do to jump-start the attack is get the ball into David Johnson's hands early and often, and not just on runs up the middle into nine-man fronts. Hopefully creativity can win the day.

Los Angeles Rams - Reynolds Gets a Full Day

Quarterback: Jared Goff (86%), Sean Mannion (14%)

Running Backs: Todd Gurley (59%), Malcolm Brown (41%)

Wide Receivers: Josh Reynolds (84%), Robert Woods (82%), Brandin Cooks (82%)

Tight Ends: Tyler Higbee (69%), Gerald Everett (36%)

With Cooper Kupp on the sideline, Josh Reynolds saw his biggest opportunity of the season. He was on the field for 84% of the Rams' snaps this past week, though it didn't amount to much from a fantasy perspective. He caught his only target for 19 yards on a day that was dominated by the Rams' defense and run game. The Rams will need their air game much more often this week against the Green Bay Packers, however, so if Kupp is still out, Reynolds could actually be in for a decent workload. You aren't going to start him in your season-long leagues (unless you are in a really deep league), but he could be worth a tournament flier in daily leagues this week, especially on DraftKings where he's just $3,600.

San Francisco 49ers - Mostert to See More Time?

Quarterback: C.J. Beathard (100%)

Running Backs: Kyle Juszczyk (59%), Raheem Mostert (38%), Alfred Morris (34%), Matt Breida (9%),

Wide Receivers: Marquise Goodwin (95%), Pierre Garcon (55%), Kendrick Bourne (45%), Trent Taylor (34%)

Tight Ends: George Kittle (90%), Garrett Celek (34%)

Matt Breida reinjured his ankle this week in the Niners' loss to the Los Angeles Rams. If he's held out, then Raheem Mostert could be in line for the biggest workload in a plus matchup against the Arizona Cardinals, a team that has given up the most fantasy points to opposing running backs this year. Mostert has rushed for 6.3 yards per carry in limited work this season and has totaled at least 76 total yards in each of the past two weeks. He's an intriguing play, especially with guys like Zeke Elliott, Tevin Coleman, Melvin Gordon, and Austin Ekeler on byes this week.
