While our models aren't sky-high on C.J. Beathard this week, projecting him for just 14.94 points (QB23), this is a pretty nice spot for him, as he's at home against the Oakland Raiders.

Oakland has given up the ninth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks, and the San Francisco 49ers are 3.0-point favorites with a solid 24.75-point implied total for the Thursday clash.

Beathard is capable of a dud in any given week, but he's scored at least 17 fantasy points in three of his five starts. If you need a quarterback this week and can't get Fitzpatrick off the wire, Beathard is a serviceable streamer as long as his wrist is good to go.
