Josh Rosen has had his ups and downs since taking over the Arizona Cardinals' starting quarterback position.

Rosen’s six touchdowns and eight picks this season don’t inspire excitement. But a Week 11 date with the Raiders could be just the game to get Rosen rolling. At home against Oakland is about as good of a matchup as you could dream up, and Arizona is favored by 3.5 points, per early lines.

Admittedly, there are some really enticing streaming options in Week 11 -- Dak Prescott, Marcus Mariota and (maybe) Lamar Jackson -- but Rosen is a good play for those in deeper formats.

Rosen's floor is still a little scary, but with new offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich scheming the ball to Larry Fitzgerald (10 targets in Week 10) and David Johnson (28 total touches in Week 10), Rosen is on the streaming radar.
