Tennessee Titans - Delanie Walker

Cap Savings: $3.46 million

Dead Money: $3.33 million

Delanie Walker signing for the Tennessee Titans is one of the least-heralded yet most-pleasant free agent moves in recent years. After seven seasons stuck behind Vernon Davis in San Francisco, Walker amassed 360 receptions, 4,208 yards and 26 touchdowns in the past six years in Nashville. Only three tight ends have more receptions in this span, and they all played a majority of the 2018 season. Walker played just game this year.

The Titans missed Walker on the field but got by with solid (if not spectacular) play from their two young tight ends, Jonnu Smith and Anthony Firkser. The pair combined for 39 receptions, 483 yards and 4 touchdowns. Both players are 23 and should get better provided the Titans find a way to keep Marcus Mariota healthy.

Walker is yet to resume running -- as of early January -- after breaking his ankle in Week 1, and given the presence of the youngsters as well as Walker turning 35 before the 2019 season starts, the Titans may feel that Walker has run his course with the team.
