Okay, let's stop one thing well in advance: the Redskins are not better with Kirk Cousins under center. Sorry. He's never gotten anywhere close to the Net Expected Points (NEP) that RG3 put up in his rookie year (73.63), and certainly Cousins can't even come close to the versatility and run-threat that changes around defensive position and tactics.

For everyone else, Cousins can become a serviceable stream play and a borderline QB2, depending on the settings of your league. He's got an arsenal of weapons at his side - even if DeSean Jackson is out - and a decent weekly floor. He's probably behind an option like Ben Roethlisberger or even Alex Smith, but if you're hurting, you're hurting.
