10 Fantasy Football Sleepers for Week 5

Matt Asiata, RB, Minnesota Vikings

Sure, Matt Asiata had his second career three-touchdown game, but the fact that Jerick McKinnon came on strongly might scare off some Asiata owners from rolling him out in Week 5. If you aren't worried about McKinnon, then I envy your level of faith in Asiata.

Either way, Teddy Bridgewater sprained his ankle in Week 4, and the Vikings have a very short week, going from a 4:15 kickoff on Sunday to the Thursday night game against the Green Bay Packers, so it's likely they'll have to rely on both running backs early and often.

The Packers have allowed an average of 131.5 yards, 1.0 touchdowns, and 27.6 fantasy points to opposing running backs. Even in a 50-50 split, Asiata should produce especially while being the team's goal line back.
