Take one look at Austin Seferian-Jenkins' towering 6' 5, 262 pound frame and a peek at his measurables which include his 4.56 40-yard speed, and it's easy to see why time and again analysts were predicting big things out of the Bucs rookie tight end last season.

But in an offense marred by sub-par quarterback play, Seferian-Jenkins failed to live up to the hype, mustering just 21 receptions for 221 yards and 2 touchdowns last year.

Now, coming into the 2015 season reportedly at full health, the former John Mackey award winner is set to prove that his rookie year was more aberration than reality. Indeed, it sounds as if Seferian-Jenkins is already off to a hot start as PewterReport.com’s Mark Cook has said Seferian-Jenkins has been "virtually uncoverable" in OTAs and mini-camp.

It also certainly helps that Jameis Winston, who I and others have compared to Ben Roethlisberger, will be the one throwing the ball to him this upcoming year. Sporting an impressive 66.0% completion rate at Florida State, Winston targeted his tight end a nation-leading 73 times in his final season in college.

And with new offensive Dirk Koetter in town -- the same man whose play calling funneled 122 targets a season to Tony Gonzalez in his final two years in the league -- it's looking more and more likely that Austin Seferian-Jenkins will play a huge role in the Bucs game plan and have plenty of chances at redemption in 2015.
