Jordan Matthews, Philadelphia Eagles

ADP: 40 (4.03)

Jordan Matthews had quite an impressive rookie season.

Playing on just 65.0% of his team's snaps and third in line for touches behind Jeremy Maclin and LeSean McCoy, Matthews put up the fourth-best rookie wideout performance in standard-scoring leagues, with his 135.2 points behind only Odell Beckham, Jr. (204.0), Mike Evans (177.1), and Kelvin Benjamin (152.8).

When watching him play last season, it was obvious that Matthews dominated in his role as the team's slot receiver. His 6' 3", 212-pound frame -- which allowed him to push around undersized nickel corners with ease -- combined with his Antonio Brown-like shiftiness made him an absolute nightmare for opposing defenders to cover.

And going into the 2015 season, with Maclin in Kansas City and McCoy in Buffalo, many (including myself) are expecting Matthews to lead the high-octane Eagles offense in targets this season.

Given Matthews highly advantageous role in Chip Kelly's fast-paced offense, all signs suggest Matthews is primed to have a breakout sophomore season in 2015 to be well worth his current fourth round asking price.
