Austin Seferian-Jenkins, TE, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Recommending Austin Seferian-Jenkins comes with a bit of a caveat. That would be that it's much harder to trust him if Mike Evans plays in Week 2.

Seferian-Jenkins was the beneficiary of Evans' absence in Week 1, as the monstrous tight end saw 7 targets and cashed in on them with 5 catches, 110 yards, and 2 touchdowns.

A big reason he was targeted 7 times as well was the blowout that the Bucs were facing. (ASJ saw more than five targets in just 2 of nine games last year). Again, the Bucs are 10-point underdogs against New Orleans. That does suggest a low, low team total (roughly 18 points), but the opportunities could be there, especially if Evans is out or is limited in a blowout.
