Michael Crabtree, WR, Oakland Raiders

Michael Crabtree was a recommendation last week, and that didn't exactly pan out. The reasoning behind it was pretty simple: he was getting targeted a lot. In that sense, things worked. He had nine targets. Unfortunately, he caught just 4 of them for 36 yards.

He's got 33 targets on the season, which ranks 12th at the position and is actually 2 more than Amari Cooper, who ranks 14th in Reception NEP on the season. Crabtree is down at 30th, as his per-target efficiency is not quite so good (evidenced on the field in Week 3). But he's seen at least eight targets in each of his three games so far. That's nothing to scoff at unless you really don't like Crabtree's ability.

Oakland, as you know by now, is facing the generous Bears defense and owns a solid-enough team total. Crabtree's got four red zone targets on the year, and Cooper has none, so perhaps Crabtree can find the end zone in this promising matchup.
