Zach Ertz, TE, Philadelphia Eagles

Zach Ertz hasn't morphed into the fantasy tight end we all hoped he would last year and this year, but the buzz is quelled quite significantly -- for good reason.

Still, Ertz has seen 17 targets through three games, 12th-most at the position. Of course, 15 of them came in the first two games, as the Eagles had a low-volume passing day in Week 3.

Philadelphia owns a nice projected total of 25 points against Washington this week, and that's not a bad start when looking for a sneaky tight end play. It's hard to trust Ertz in re-draft leagues, but Washington has allowed steady production to tight ends this year so far: at least 6 catches or 70 yards in each game this year.

Ertz owns the eight-best shot at a touchdown this week, per our algorithms, and that alone can make a start worth it.
